Your PractitionerÂ
Meesha  (they/she) is a first generation desi (an Indian person living in the diaspora). To them, Yoga is beyond the time spent on the mat; it is a guiding set of principals that has allowed her to transform her life time and time again. Yoga is social justice; asking that we uplift all beings on this planet towards the goal of moksha (total liberation from suffering). Yoga is how they connect with their ancestors from India and allow them to speak through them as they give this medicine to their community. Yoga is union with the divine both within and without herself. Meesha teaches at the intersection of accessibility, social justice praxis, and honoring the roots of this ancient practice. She is eternally grateful to be a vessel for this work. Follow on IG: @alchemystic_studio
