Journaling is a powerful tool for mindfulness and creativity that can be used to support your mental/spiritual wellness, self-empowerment, and personal transformation. The “Fill Your Cup” workshop is a space to develop rituals for reflection, self-care, and spiritual hygiene. In this 3-part series, Black will offer tools and support for building a wellness practice through 3 major techniques: everyday journaling, creative journaling, and divination journaling. Part 1: Everyday Journaling - Explores journaling for your morning and evening self-care rituals. This workshop will provide various prompts and guidance for cultivating a simple everyday mindfulness practice through journaling. Part 2: Creative Journaling - Explores ways to build and maintain a journaling practice through combined creative expression. This workshop will invite you into the creative process and encourage you with tools and exercises for living a creative life that promotes holistic wellness.
