Everyday Joy Conjure: Somatic Meditation - In this session, participants will reconnect with our bodies as sites of joy & liberation as we engage in a somatic meditation to tap into our joy as an embodied practice. Our experience will include breathwork, visualization, music, movement, reflection, and communal processing to support a deeper cultivation of our personal & collective joy practices. Participants are encouraged to bring anything we need to be most comfortable in our bodies (i.e. water, tea, snacks, blankets, etc) and anything we need to be most present in our dreamscapes (i.e. journals, crystals, colored pencils, etc). Come fully as you are and let’s conjure abundant joy together!

Lauren Marie aka Lo-Ré-Mii (they/we/she) is an abolitionist joy conjurer, vibe curator, and multi-dimensional performing and creative artist based on the land of the Council of Three Fires, colonially known as Chicago. Lo’s goal is to support our people in cultivating joy and creativity in our lives, as well as to provide encouragement & empowerment in aligning the full complexity of our being with our truest divinity in the service of collective liberation.
