enJOY your Presence Have you paused recently to be with yourself? To tap into your energy? To enjoy your full  presence? Well, in this Soca Fusion class, through a fusion of afrocentric movement, you will have the space to BE and FEEL full of life, while vibin’ to the sounds of Soca.   We will begin with a dynamic warm-up crafted to wake your body while engaging and stretching your muscles, followed by a breakdown of choreography catering to the needs of those taking the class at all levels, closing with a cool down section to reground ourselves. You will be encouraged to allow your light to shine through the dance moves instructed. Collectively we will create a comfortable environment where we support and encourage each other from the very beginning to the end cool-down, that is centered on the mind, body and soul. Whether a seasoned dancer, a beginner, or a human who just wants to move, Soca Fusion welcomes anyBODY and everyBODY to explore a fusion of movement, whine their waist, and all the while being fully immersed in their joy and free!

Soca Fusion, a company centered in dance and wellness, was founded in 2017. Our offerings include a range of dance classes, workshops, performances, and wellness programming.
